After researching and exploring numerous locations along the Sussex, Hampshire and Dorset coastline, we identified Hamble as the most desirable area for our clients, being home to one of the world’s finest yacht clubs with a sailing area to match.
After previewing a number of properties, all of which proved to be unsuitable, we identified a modern townhouse in the village through our network of local contacts that was soon coming to the market. The property, which offered stunning views of the River Hamble, was within a short walk of the local yacht club and came complete with a large roof terrace. The location, property style and specification matched our client’s brief precisely.
Acting quickly, we presented the property to our client who agreed it was the perfect fit. Our excellent relationship with the estate agent allowed us to negotiate terms before the property had been fully exposed to the open market.
After introducing our client to a property solicitor and chartered surveyor, we successfully helped guide the purchase through to exchange of contracts and negotiate the complexities associated with buying from overseas.
